Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Your plan starts and the card you gave at signup is charged. You can cancel before then from your shop's billing page and nothing is charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change plan, update your card or see your invoices from Settings → Subscription inside your shop, or from the billing page on this site.
What if a payment fails?
Your shop stays open while we try the card again, and we email the owner. If it still cannot be paid, the shop is closed until it is. Nothing is deleted.
Do my customers pay you?
No. Customer card payments go through your own merchant account, straight to you.
Is texting included?
Texting runs on your shop's own Twilio number. Twilio's charges for messages are billed by Twilio.
